  • Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.​

Due to the nature of jewellery items that are often worn close to the skin, crafted in limited quantities, and handled with utmost care we maintain a strict no-refund policy to:

  • Items must be unworn and unused, in their original packaging, to qualify.
